Seoul Station's Necromancer

When they said Solo Leveling copied a lot of the plot points from this novel, they were not kidding. It's sad this novel is never going to get the same level of success.

21/10/2024 I finished this novel It was good, pretty simple the mc is good not great but good and the secondary characters are good m, not great but good I rate this novel a 6/10

It started good but the ending wasn't built up towards enough. The romance is just "there", zero to no romance here. I like the various elements incoperated into the novel but not all of them are expended well.

Slightly worse than Solo Leveling, but still a good read. I’ll give it a 4. 2 since it’s also much better than it’s manhua version. It also has its own uniqueness compared to SL so worth to check it out

It's your standard turn back time protagonist with game elements. World building is not good and not bad, just the average compared to other novels that have way worse world building. Character development is also average, the protagonist acts like any other protagonists from this genre. The ending seems lacking. It still deserves 4 stars because it was good at first read though I won't reread this again because the story progression is pretty much predictable once you completely read it.

I liked this journey full of blood and massacre, I didn't like the ending very much and there were many stories poorly told, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it was good, I really liked it

Walmart brand Solo Leveling. Not bad if you're bored but not as exciting as SL. The money they make and currency changes between won and dollars, which is kind of confusing, and it's hard to keep track of characters.

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars Similar premise to Solo Leveling, but comparably shorter Edgy/apathetic MC, just does what he wants which is enjoyable to read, but it isn't overdone to the point where MC doesn't feel human anymore Side characters aren't one-dimensional Don't read this if you want romance, you'll get what feels like two sentences during the whole book and one during the epilogue. Could've done without it and the result would be better Ending feels incredibly rushed, I didn't really get a sense of closure from it As you approach the ending you get a confusing info dump that'll take time to make sense of Decent one time read, pick it up if you have nothing else on your to-read list. 4. 0/5

I started with the manhwa and then moved on to the novel. The story and world setting are both excellent. The MC is cool. The growth is also too rapid without development, and as a result, all of the characters appear flat with some power surges, except for the MC, whose redemption wasn't adequately done because the reader only gets glimpses of his prior deeds and his current actions don't say much either. The only positive aspect I can think of is that he progressively evolves as a person throughout the novel, but it is so gradual that no substantial growth occurs by the conclusion.

Not the best read, but better than most. Decent character development, good setting and plot, ok worldbuilding. The ending would be a lot better if not rushed, the whole story in general had iffy pacing. I would have loved to see more of his time on the other planet, as it would give more depth to his actions. If you are looking for OP MC this is a good read, little romance, and no harem.
