1. The MC won't be op for a long time. All his power would be gained via hard work and training over years (so if u want an op mc right from the word go, this one ain't for you)
2. No harem (probably no romance either)
3. There will be a lot of killing (maybe gore too, not sure if I can do gore right though)
4. The story will start slow. Quite a few of initial chapters will be around training, orphanage and academy life, instead of directly becoming a Genin.
5. MC is a careful person, he won't put his life at risk unless there is no other choice.
6. I haven't read (nor will be reading) Baruto. So Baruto plotline won't be considered much in here.
What to expect:
1. Smart and consistent MC
2. Lots of training
3. MC manipulating the plot to his advantage
4. A lot of original arcs.
5. Plot will mostly stay the same (at least till Shippuden), but I won't repeat any scenes/dialogues that took place in the manga (as I'm assuming you've already read it).

Ch.901 Yin release. I can't remember the last time I got so addicted to a novel. I read all the available chapters in 10 days. By far the best fanfiction I've ever read, and one of the best novels I've ever read, all types combined Naruto's world is really well developed and enhanced by the author's ideas to fill in the inconsistencies of the cannon. Fujin, the main character, became my third favorite character. He is a pragmatic sociopath/psychopath who does everything in order to take advantage of everything for his own purpose: to survive in such a dangerous world. Secondary people are developed, original, and profound. Fujin has no plot armor that allows him to get out of any situation for no reason. The only flaw of the novel is that it is not finished and not even has 1.5 million words. 5/5 must read even if you never saw Naruto.

Character development is none existent, why MCs are either extremely handsome with special D or extremely edgy and cold blooded who doesn't care about anyone but themselves? In Naruto verse, any character that has been self centered and power hungry, has failed. For example, Madara or Obito or Kaguya. And please don't compare Fang Yuan with Fujin. I really don't mind if the MC died in a sentence like: "Fujin was pushing by a civilian who was in a hurry to reach the hospital and as a result Fujin's head hit the edge of the wall and as a result he died." I'll just shrug and continue the story. The world building is fantastic and I really appreciate the attention to the details.
