Lightning Is the Only Way

This cultivation novel would be good for beginners to the genre or experienced readers. The author does a very good job of world building and following the rule he set up. The power levels are easy enough to follow without being overly complex. The novel keeps you guessing with intercharacter relations developing, & surprises. Many of the characters developed in and emotional and intellectual way. The book is written with enough details to pictures scenes without over explaining and having drawn out scenes.

a very good cultivation novel who go deep kn the phylosophy and mindset of what a cultivator should be with all the good and bad point of their life with a lot of well designed character and no d*mb*ss young master . one bad point of the story would be that the begining and midle point of the story are much better that the letter end story even if it goes back at the end . this is the first book of warmaisach and you should read because he is good but also because it is the key to understand the end of his next work sword god in a world of magic

Novel is good, . well, i first went to Sword god in the magical world' after i learned about this novel, so now its also done. btw. . . compare to Sword god this novel 60% and sword god 100%. . So. . i think probably this one author first novel. . but story awesome. But ending as always 💔🤬🤬. . ( i dont want to write this HeaveNly spell. )so you can say 6/10. i reduce 4 for the ending. . OH. . btw. . ending about 20 chapter, . So dont disappointed. You can try it. . feel good man, . but beware first read it then go for Swords god, . otherswise you wil feel like you eaten sh*t and clearing your mounth with *r*n* 🤣🤣. . This one 6/10, Sword god 8/10. Lets waste our life together by reading webnovels 🥹

Beautifully written, a character development only seen in this novel and one of the absolute best representation of emotions in a novel ever. Read it, you'll love it !

Very good, quite similar to SGWM but also quite different. The novel explores lots of different ideas and overall teaches quite a few important ideas. Peak novel.

this is my second warmaisach novel and once again it was an excellent read but in many different ways, it had all the emotional twists and turns of the author but in a much less single tracked way; although as his first novel it isn't quite as 3 dimensional as the other one i read. This novel was much more to my liking and wasn't as depressing as I thought it may be. The book is absolutely gripping and although I can't say I expected or completely agreed with the ending it is very much something warmaisach would write and I do not think it was a bad one, the book stayed compelling throughout and the pacing was quite excellent, as per the authors talent and writing and making you feel emotions is high, the character development is excellent and the side characters don't feel irrelevant and are impactful. this book is certainly worth the read, 8. 5/10

Lightning is the Only Way? Well it wasn't. Also, Gravis, oh! My dear Gravis! HE! IS! SO! UNBEARABLE!!! Hates hypocrisy with his whole being, yet is one of the biggest hypocrites himself, but despite all of that, I still loved reading his journey. The fights, peak. All efforts amount to nearly nothing, yet, the ending. The ending is what makes up what LITOW truly is. In this Cosmos, you can't reach the peak without being an unparalleled genius, these are a certain someones rules, I guess. I hated that character. I look forward to the rest of Gravis' journey in Warmaisach's novels.

novel is good but the mc is the only one that's really important to the story. all of the buildup of 1k chapters were just wasted at the end. his friends and sh*t didn't even do anything. all the abilities he got throughout his journey didn't amount to anything. great novel but could've been better

it's a great novel where u see the mc going through different stages in life from naive to closed off to free and happy the only thing that saddened me was the deaths in the end especially the economistress(she was my favourite)
