l like the direction mcs character is heading in. also a good power system, characters, and plot. reading about the technique creation and mana comprehension is excellent as well. there are some boring chapters here and there but overall a solid story.

Honestly, it sucks, really sucks, i tried very hard to like it but i just dont, the world building is above average but the way the author handles female characters is just, "we must use our bodies to comfort him, oh poor child he has been through soo much, why aren't you trying your best to help him, cant you see how he is suffering!" ect ect ectera gosh dang it i am done! the girl he likes must be comfortable with him cuddling and freaking hanging out fully naked with another and she constantly IS flirty with him but the author makes out the girl to be the toxic one

Has its great and not so great moments. The battles are vivid and fun to read excluding the romance 80% of the characters/interactions are fun. The sci-fi science is just straight horrid but easy enough to gloss over with 'magic. ' overall plot is very good with an overall okay writing style. The romance imho is done well, just way way way to much in later chapters. There 100+ chapters where 80-95% of the chapter is essentially soft p*rn to straight out sm*t. . . IN A ROW! Any one interaction between mc and mfl is done believably. The 1st 30 or so chapters of the current romance was even entertaining, the background plot within the 10% of those 100 chapters was important, relevant to overall developing plot, but my Gosh how many times do I need to read about them starring in each other's eyes or making out, or them having to search for their close after a night of having s*x? Not this many

This novel is really underestimated While romance is really annoying, it doesn't stay that way for long And the world building of the book and characters compensates for everything It definitely deserves to be in the first twenty books of this site for me 8/10

A great read, nice world building and character development. Someone wrote a comment/ review stating that the there’s too much romance and always some different girls in different volumes which can be cringe and I’ll let you know they couldn’t have been more right!! But still a great novel, which can easily point out how great the rest of the story is

This novel has a lot going for it from its power system, fights, and side characters. It also is one of the only novels I've read that has the MC struggle with killing at first and actually still be affected by it for a long time b4 becoming colder. The downside of this story is the romance. The begging of the novel got me hooked and allowed me to be able to slog through the nonstop filler romance constantly but I just can't stand how they set up liiza to be his lifetime partner for 100ch+ of nonstop lovey dovey stuff and the author dropped her just like Martha. If u can get through the romance and tune it out you'll love this novel though so it's up to you.

I've been following this author and I feel that this is his best work till now. I hate the fact it isn't complete yet but the story isnt your usual repetetive MC story situation like a lot of other novels. This has a lot better character development, realistic instead of idealistic. The story progresses nicely as well.

Honestly, I'm not one to write reviews but I really like this novel. It must be said that the romance is a headache but it's no reason to miss out on this gem. English is not my native language, sorry if it is not very clear.

It is a good book, the world building and power systems are good and I like the main character, however the way the author handles the romance bothers me a bit, it feels very fast and like the characters don't really know each other yet

This is better than the second volume of lord of the mysteries by far. The mystery, romance, and the vivid description of emotions and fights are amazing. Read it!
5 stars is crazy. It's a 3 at most with the terrible romance in it.
